The Sub-Project should have contributed to Montenegro’s efforts to meet goals under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES)
The originally defined scope, namely “Development of ToR for a Conceptual Design of an Animal Shelter” was identified as not being meaningful, since a (Draft) Conceptual Design was already available.
PPF proposed to change the scope to be “Roadmap to a Concept for Sanctuary’s Operation”, however this didn’t found agreement by MERT.
The Sub-Project was not further followed up.
