Objectives:
- to support the Capital Podgorica in preparation of the City Climate Contract (CCC), also taking into account Capital Podgorica plans in realistic and implementable manner i.e. tailored to the city’s needs and local context
- Analyse and develop gender and equity aspect and implications for each measure developed for City Climate Contract
- Ensure that guidelines and commitments are obtained and formulated in a co-creative and participatory manner
