Objectives:
- to assist the Evaluation Committees for the WW Sub-Projects in Bijelo Polje, Rozaje and Kolasin and (WW.02, WW.03 & WW.07) in technical evaluation of the Works’ offers
- due to delays in procurement of the Works tenders and thus capacities of the assigned NKE would have been not retrieved and since the need arose to provide Technical Assistance for drafting responses to numerous requests for clarification of tenderers, the scope for the NKE was amended by drafting responses of those clarifications for Bijelo Polje, Rozaje, Kolasin and Mojkovac
Output:
- Training in technical evaluation of the WWTP Plant Performance Guarantee in Bijelo Polje
- TA for drafting of clarifications to Requests for Clarifications by Tenderers for Works Bijelo Polje
